A green heart plant ( Chlorocardium rodiei) was planted at Bharat Bhawan on 13 September 2024 by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Business and International Cooperation of Suriname and the Ambassador of India to Suriname as part of the #Plant4Mother campaign launched by Hon’ble Prime Minister of India to encourage the global youth to join this meaningful cause and plant a sapling in their mother’s name. Together, let’s make the Earth greener and embody the spirit of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ – One Earth, One Family, One Future. #एक_पेड़_माँ_के_नाम
