Minister Alva underscored the ongoing collaboration between Saint Lucia and India and conveyed his appreciation for the continuous support extended by India, notably various developmental projects and capacity-building programmes. Under the ambit of this agreement, five projects are scheduled for each financial year over a span of five years, with a maximum allocation of USD 50,000 per project
