Along with the Hon'ble Vice President of Suriname, Amb. Subhash Gupta attended an inauguration ceremony of the Van Patten Polder electric substation at Nickerie on 3rd Oct. It is noteworthy to share that the project is successfully implemented by an Indian entity: Kalpataru Projects International Limited, which has a diversified portfolio worldwide in power transmission & distribution and allied constructions. The network upgradation & expansion consists of 2 x 33 kV circuits from Clara Polder power station to Van Patten Polder in Nickerie
