In the forthcoming PBD, there will as usual be discussions related to development issues such as health, education, youth and inclusive growth etc. It is expected that PBD will have enthusiastic participation from the diverse overseas Indian community spread across the globe.
The effort is to have a meaningful and interactive event that would address issues and concerns of the overseas Indian community. Overseas Indians have emerged as important constituents of their adopted countries. They have contributed to transforming the economies, participating in political process and added value to thought and innovation of their destination countries. They also serve to build bridges between their present homeland and the land of their ancestors.
PBD 2012 is being conducted in partnership with the Government of Rajasthan. Our Institutional Partner is CII. All the Pravasi Bhartiyas (PIO/NRI) are requested to consider participating in tenth PBD Convention. Details are available at http://moia.gov.in/![]()
