Advisory for E-Visa applicants of India

        It has come to the notice of the Government of India that there are fake/fraudulent URLs offering India E-visa services. Please click here for a list of such fake/fraudulent URLs.

The legitimate URL to be used is https://www.indembassysuriname.gov.in/pages.php?id=88 Applicant are advised to check to check the URL before applying to avoid being cheated.

WORKING HOURS:
Applications are accepted at the counter between 0900 -12.00 hours on all working days and delivered between 1500 - 1600 hours.

For all applicants applying for Consular Services/Passport Services/OCI-PIO/ Visa from Saint Lucia, Barbados and Saint Vincent and Grenadines

  1. Bank charges - US$5.00 with all the services if the fee is paid through bank draft/banker’s cheque.
  2. Fee is payable by bank draft favoring 'Embassy of India, Paramaribo, Suriname'
  3. Return Airway bill may be enclosed with 'paid' stamped on it for applicants residing in Saint Lucia, Barbados and Saint Vincent and Grenadines

Guidelines applying for visa, passport or consular service:

Fees and other charges are to be paid in US Dollars only and are to be paid in cash or bank draft drawn in favour of Embassy of India, along with additional US$3.00 as ICWF charges for Visa & OCI services, & US$ 2.00 for passport related miscellaneous services and US$5.00 as bank draft charges.

Fees once paid cannot be refunded.

Please ensure that your application, in the prescribed format and properly filled in, is accompanied by all required documentation, including the required number of photographs where necessary. Ensure that signatures are given wherever required, especially in the two signature boxes on the first and last page of the passport application form.

Please ensure that your contact number is mentioned on the form so that we can call you in case any clarification is required.

Please check the spelling of your name, particulars and dates etc. in the passport/visa or other documents carefully at the time of collection.
