International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2026 – 75-Day Countdown SVCC Paramaribo, Suriname successfully organized the 75-day countdown event for the International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2026 on 8 April 2026.A yoga session was conducted at Brahmarshi Ashram, Kwattaweg 889, Paramaribo, marking the beginning of the 75-day countdown to IDY 2026. The session was conducted by Yoga Teacher (TIC) Mrs. Upma Sharma.The session witnessed enthusiastic participation and highlighted the importance of yoga in promoting physical and mental well-being.
