*Bank Charges : In case of any bank charges imposed by the Bank during the transaction the same will be borne by the applicant.

IMPORTANT : Before making the payment, the applicant should send their application along with all relevant enclosures by email at consular.paramaribo@mea.gov.in. Upon verification by Embassy of India, Paramaribo, the Embassy will intimate the applicant to deposit the fees in the above account. While making the payment applicant should also ensure the following information is correctly entered:

  • Particulars: Surname/Name
  • Code: Type of service (e.g. PASSPORT / OCI / VISA / PCC / RENUNCIATION / OTHERS)
  • Reference: Application File Number or ARN Number
    (If applying for attestation, you may enter your current passport number)

Note: The File/ARN number is generated upon completion of online registration.

Additional Guidelines

All applicants seeking services from the Embassy of India in Paramaribo, Suriname (concurrently accredited to Barbados, Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent & the Grenadines) are requested to notify the Embassy at consular.paramaribo@mea.gov.in immediately with applicant's name, Fee details and service sought upon transfer of the prescribed fees to the Embassy’s account, in order to facilitate smooth processing of their applications.

A printed copy of the payment confirmation must be submitted/sent along with the application.

If applying for multiple services, please make separate payments for each, using different reference numbers.

Applications must be sent to the Embassy within 15 working days of making the payment.

In case of any bank charges imposed by the Bank (sending or receiving bank) during the transaction the same will be borne by the applicant.

The above fees are as prescribed by the Government of India and is subject to change without prior notice. The applicable fee will be informed to the applicant at the counter at the time of acceptance of documents.

Return Airway bill may be enclosed with 'paid' stamped on it for applicants residing in Saint Lucia, Barbados and Saint Vincent and Grenadines. 

*ICWF charges are mandatory for each applicant.
