Gupta, High Commissioner-Designate (resident in Paramaribo) to Saint Vincent and Grenadines presented a copy of his letter of credence to H.E. Mrs. Sandy Peter-Phillips, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.They had a review of various bilateral issues and way forward. Later, he also called on Hon. René M. Baptiste, MP and Speaker of OECS and had discussions about India-SVG relations.
