PASSPORT:
- Applicant to fill online passport application onhttps://mportal.passportindia.gov.in/gpsp/AuthNavigation/Login
This will generate the Application Reference Number (ARN) and PDF file. The print-out of the saved PDF file of online passport application be submitted - Three Photographs of5x5 cm (More details on photo specifications may please be seen)
- Existing Passportalong with a copy,
- Proof ofpresent Residence and Work permit,
- Personal Particular Form
- In case of minor: original Passport & copy of both parents along with the annexure C and D
- In case of loss/damage Passport: Applicant should submit the Police Report, Passport copy (both front and last page), Self-Statement, Aadhar/Voter ID/ Pan card, Annexure F & Annexure E
- Aadhar Card/Voter ID Card/ PAN Card/ Driving License/ Any Other Government Document
In case: change of particulars in passport, applicant should apply for reissue of Passport along with Affidavit O
Return Airway bill may be enclosed with 'paid' stamped on it for applicants residing in Saint Lucia, Barbados and Saint Vincent and Grenadines:

OBTAINING FORMS
The application forms for various services can be obtained from Consular section of the Embassy or can be downloaded from the website http://passport.nic.in All forms are provided free of charge.
WORKING HOURS:
Applications are accepted at the counter between 0900 -12.00 hours on all working days and delivered between 1500 - 1600 hours.

Note: There shall be a discount of ten percent, in passport fee for fresh applications (and not for re-issue) up to the age of 8 years and senior citizens (persons above the age of 60 years).
Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) charges – US$2.00 with all the above services
*Bank charges - US$10.00 with all the services if the fee is paid through bank draft/banker’s cheque in favour of Embassy of India, Paramaribo.
